Freelance architect for Herzog & de Meuron
On behalf of Herzog & de Meuron, Leonie Welling is currently involved in the last phase of the design for the National library of Israel in Jerusalem. Due to the current situation in Israel the official inauguration (planned okt 2023) could not take place. The embargo on the project is still in effect. At a later time more will be published about this building.
